Here are some other useful links to GIS resources and more good stuff!

 Pixxures
Pixxures has a vast archive of up-to-date USGS DOQQ's and other imagery sources.

NRCS Data Gateway
The NRCS Data Gateway has a HUGE amount of FREE data!
They not only have entire counties by DOQQ but they also have large amounts of vector data freely downloadable via FTP!!

IrfanView
IrfanView is an excellent FREE graphic viewer for an extensive list of file formats. Among it's list of many features, it has the ability to change file formats, create slideshows, work with Adobe formats, run batch jobs and a whole bunch of other stuff!

GlobalMapper is an excellent and low cost GIS/RS program that imports, exports and reprojects a long list of file formats. It's also a very good raster file viewer and does an excellent job of things like line-of-sight analysis. If the cost of other programs is daunting just to do some simple reprojects and other procedures, try this one. You'll be surprised at what it can do!

Other fun stuff for you outdoor types...

Poison Spider
Poison Spider has cool t-shirts and cheap showers so you don't smell bad while you're having a Dead Horse Pale Ale at the Moab Brewery after your ride!

Slickrock Cycles

Our favorite hangout (no offense to the other shops, we like them to)!

Chile Pepper Chile Pepper bike shop
Good coffee to!

DI.fm
Great music while you're working away!

More links to good stuff to come!
